Shopify's product CSV has no column made for the maker's code. Ask the manufacturer for this item’s code; a blank field is not proof that no code exists.
“What manufacturer product code identifies this exact canvas tote? If none exists, please confirm that.” You send the question sheet yourself.
If the maker replies with a code, record that value and its source. Download the working CSV and change log. The tool never invents a code.

How do I receive the tool?
Shopify emails a download link after payment. The ZIP includes the offline HTML tool, opening instructions, a synthetic sample catalog and the license. See the store’s delivery policy for details.
Do I connect Shopify or upload my catalog?
No. Export a CSV from Shopify and open it in the tool on your computer. The tool processes the file in the open browser page. It does not update your store.
What if my manufacturer codes are missing?
Start with the findings and supplier question sheet. Ask the manufacturer for the relevant code or confirmation that none exists. The tool cannot obtain or guess the answer.
Will this prove customs compliance?
No. It is a data review and correction tool, not a customs filing service, HS classifier or compliance certificate. Confirm requirements with your carrier, broker or customs adviser.
Can an agency use one copy for several stores?
The $59 license covers one merchant store, including its owner and staff. Independent client stores require separate licenses or written permission.
