Shipping policy

This is a digital product. After your payment is confirmed, Shopify emails a download link for the ZIP file to the email address used at checkout, usually within a few minutes. No physical item is shipped and there is no shipping charge.

If the email does not arrive within 15 minutes, check your spam folder and the email address on your order, then contact jamelight@titanth.com with your order number. Do not buy again to fix a delivery problem; we will restore access to your existing order.

Extract the ZIP before opening TITANTH-Catalog-Check.html. Use a current desktop version of Google Chrome. Keep your receipt and a backup copy of the ZIP.
